The Female Advantage

It was a quiet Friday afternoon. I grabbed a cup of coffee and stood in the balcony watching the hushed street. Suddenly, my eyes hit upon a good-looking young woman walking down the lane. As she walked past the street, I saw her pick on a man’s pocket. Reacting in a state-of-anger, as any common person would, the man caught hold of her wrist demanding to get his wallet back. However, the lady started shouting for help. In a minute or two, a pair of super-heroes from a nearby shop came to her rescue and let her loose. I was dumbstruck! How could somebody judge so foolishly without even knowing the details?

It was that moment when realization dawned. ‘Women take undue advantage of being a Woman.’ Women learn pretty early in life that men get uncomfortable when faced with tears and very often this is the most precious tool they use to get things their way. The crying technique works best in the most difficult situation. If a man raises his voice, he’s termed dominating; however, if a woman does the same, it is justified! Really? In a society where women demand equal rights as men, why is it that tears are used as a cheap shot to hijack a conversation or an argument?

And it’s not just tears. Let’s take a look at homes. In most households, women use the good-girl act to win over the loved TV remote. It’s noted that it’s the woman in the house who decides what to watch on TV as against what a man wants to watch.

And if that wasn’t enough, women have started using clever tricks to dope men at work too. From pink workstations, laptops to diaries, the girly pink addiction seems like spilled bubble gum all over. If a man eyes a woman, he’s considered to be jerk! But if a woman finds a man hot, she’s just having some fun! Come on ladies, if you deserve equality then live it up equal. Why should men pay on the first dates always? Get him a dinner or share it with him. Just like women need space form the routine, men need it too!

So, come on all you pretty ladies, let the ‘boys be boys’ while you master the art of being equal!
